DGC Community has added India to the MasterCard Debit Card "NON SERVICEABLE" countries. Other countries on this list are Afghanistan, Algeria, Cuba, Iran, Israel, Philippines, Sudan, Nigeria, and North Korea. India customers will no longer be allowed to use the MasterCard Debit Card we offer due to contractual issues.

Effective July 01 2010: DGCCommunity.com shall be know as "Bullion Cash Card Incorporated" a Independent Sales Organization ("ISO") and was developed in June of 2008. "Bullion Cash Card Incorporated" is a Seychelles International Business Company. Our company has a certificate of good standing issued from the Seychelles Registrar of International Business Companies.

After years of service with Alertpay we are suspending the use of payment system at our Website. This is a simple case of one or two people ruining a good thing for everyone else. We had particular individuals with verified Alertpay accounts have payments reversed. We are filing "theft of services" charges against those individuals. It is unfortunate that we could not come to an amicable agreement to continue the use of Alertpay. DGC Community believes in the "Get Paid, Stay Paid" policy. Alertpay apparently does not.

Another method the scammer uses to defraud potential victims or payment providers is trying to verify accounts using Uncertified Scanned Passport documents, Uncertified Scanned Business documents, and Uncertified Scanned Utility bills.
Any unsolicited request to conduct business with anyone claiming to be a representative from DGC Community should be ignored and considered fraud.
